Planning Committee Meeting for next year's FODfest

FODfest planning committee for next year’s tour and other events happening throughout the year:

In the spirit of FODfest, this meeting will be open to anybody who is interested in getting involved. The first Planning Committee meeting will be next Saturday, November 22nd at the Off the Beat-n-Track recording studio in Sheffield, MA at 1PM. Those who cannot be here in person can join us via conference call. At this meeting, will be addressed a wide variety of topics for the upcoming year including tour production, fund raising, sponsorship, grant writing, and promotion and form 5 subcommittees to address the areas. Because of distances, there will likely only be a few Planning Committee meetings during the course of the next year.
